Founded in 1966 and named after the visionary astronomer and mathematician Johannes Kepler, Johannes Kepler University Linz (JKU Linz) is Upper Austria’s largest higher education and research institution, serving over 24,000 students across its sprawling green park campus. Renowned as a European trailblazer in artificial intelligence, engineering, social sciences, business, and medicine, JKU was among the first universities worldwide to establish a comprehensive standalone degree program in Artificial Intelligence.
