Deakin College (formerly MIBT) is the official on-campus pathway provider to Deakin University, established in 1996. Offering accredited Higher Education Diplomas equivalent to the first year of a Deakin University bachelor degree, as well as Foundation and Masters Qualifying Programs, Deakin College prepares over 3,000 Australian and international students annually across state-of-the-art campuses in Melbourne Burwood, Geelong Waurn Ponds, and Geelong Waterfront.
