Overview

This programme in Estonian is for you if you are interested in entrepreneurship, wish to take the next career step, or implement a new business idea. In 2024, we updated the programme with specialisations in startup entrepreneurship and business development. During the studies, you will obtain in-depth contemporary knowledge and practical skills to run a company or a team. Additionally, the only university that concentrates on business education in Estonia will provide you with new friends and similar minds as well as potential future business partners. You can choose between full-time and session-based studies.

Programme Structure

Why choose this programme?

  • You will gain a comprehensive overview and fundamental knowledge of the business world;
  • You will become a valuable practitioner who finds one’s way in all areas of entrepreneurship and business administration (marketing, financial management, product development, human resource management, etc.);
  • The updated programme emphasises innovation and creative thinking, which are essential for developing new products or services;
  • You can choose between two specialisation tracks: startup entrepreneurship and business development;
  • You will learn from the best – your instructors and mentors are top experts and experienced leaders in their fields;
  • We value a personal approach: our small study groups and individual educational consultants ensure your goals and ambitions are recognised and supported.
  • At EBS we focus, as much as possible, on learning from each other via group discussions, teamwork, practical studies, and „lessons from life“. This ensures that upon graduation you will have real solutions to challenges that you will face in your working life;

Student Visas for Estonia

Are you from Bangladesh? Then yes — you’ll need a residence permit for studies to live and study in Estonia.

Don’t worry, everything is under control. We’re here to make your search for the right international degree in Estonia smoother and more enjoyable. While we’re helping you get started, here’s what you can do on your own:

1. Check if you need a residence permit.
Since you’re from Bangladesh and planning full-time studies in Estonia, you’ll definitely need to apply for a residence permit for study purposes.

2. Visit the official Estonian government website.
The Estonian Police and Border Guard Board (PBGB) handles all student residence permits. That’s where you’ll find the most up-to-date and reliable information. Bookmark it, read carefully, and double-check everything.

3. Be aware of the deadlines.
Processing times can take several weeks or months. Missing a document or delaying your application could mean missing the start of your studies—something you definitely want to avoid.

4. Gather your documents.
You’ll need to prepare quite a few items:

  • A valid passport

  • Letter of Admission from your Estonian university

  • Completed residence permit application form

  • Proof of accommodation in Estonia

  • Bank statements showing sufficient funds

  • Health insurance

  • Educational transcripts and language test results (like IELTS or TOEFL, if applicable)

5. Prove your financial readiness.
You must show that you can support yourself during your studies — covering tuition fees, living costs, travel, and other expenses. Estonia requires proof of sufficient financial resources for the duration of your stay.

6. Improve your English or Estonian skills.
Most international programmes are taught in English, but learning a bit of Estonian can make daily life easier and help you integrate faster.

All in all, getting your Estonian residence permit might seem like a long process, but it’s your gateway to a new chapter — studying, exploring, and growing in one of Europe’s most digitally advanced countries.

Good luck!
